MOB Sweet Chili Lemongrass Sauce

This vegan and gluten-free Vietnamese inspired sauce is zesty and bright in flavor with fresh lemongrass, shallots and garlic. It is savory and full of umami with a back note of sweetness. This sauce is a 2 out of 5 in heat from our homemade fermented chili sauce. It is not a syrupy, thick sauce. More like a vinaigrette making it great for dipping, dressing and marinating.
