Refund & Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with MOB SAUCE. We value every customer and strive to ensure you have a great experience with our products and service. This Refund & Shipping Policy explains how we handle orders, shipping, returns, and refunds.


1. Order Processing

· Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–4 business days of purchase.

· You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when it has shipped.

· Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.


2. Shipping

· We currently ship within the United States.

· Shipping costs and delivery times are displayed at checkout and depend on your location and chosen shipping method.

· Once your package has been shipped, tracking information will be emailed to you.

· MOB SAUCE is not responsible for:

o   Delays caused by carriers or weather.

o   Lost or stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.

o   Customs or import fees (if applicable).

3. Returns

We take pride in the quality of our sauces and products. However, if you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

· You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

· To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

· Perishable or opened items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.

· To start a return, contact us at connect@mobsauceco.com with your order number and reason for return.

We’ll review your request and provide return instructions if your return is approved. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrect.


4. Refunds

· Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

· Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

· Shipping charges are non-refundable.

· If you haven’t received a refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank or card provider, as processing times may vary.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please email us within 7 days of delivery at connect@mobsauceco.com with photos of the issue.
We’ll make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
