MOB Black Garlic Sauce Duo

Take Extra Virgin Olive Oil to the next level with the addition of Black Garlic. Black garlic is sweet instead of garlicky.  In fact, it doesn’t even taste like garlic. Flavor profile- caramelized onions, molasses, umami, dried fruit. Makes a wonderful dressing or dipping sauce. Must try!!
