Lasagna doesn’t always need a red sauce.In this version, we are using our Peruvian verde sauce mixed into the ricotta cheese with a cilantro foward twist. We added thinly sliced summer squash and mushrooms, and topped it with mozzarella cheese for the win. 

MOB Peruvian Verde is the perfect sauce to pair with this taco salad. We added honey for a bit of sweetness and more lime juice for an acidic punch. The combination of black beans, mango, corn, red onuon and chicken, was the perfect match with this dressing.
