Chicken Meatballs and Ravioli in Smokey Red Pepper Cream Sauce


  • 8-10 pre-made chicken meatballs
  • 1 package of ravioli
  • 2-3 Tbsp MOB Romesco Sauce
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • Chopped parsley


Bring water to a boil in a medium sized pot. Add the ravioli and cook as directed. Meanwhile, add the Romesco sauce, cream, salt and pepper and meatballs to a saute pan. Stir until a uniform mixture occurs and meatballs are heated through. Drain the ravioli and add to the pan. Add the cheese and parsley. Adjust seasonings and serve. Top with more cheese and parsley for garnish.
